Description
Habit: Annual, biennial or perennial, to 30 cm high.
Stems: Erect, wavy, hairy at base, often branching.
Leaves: Leaves mostly basal, pinnate, leaflets round, untoothed or toothed; stem-leaves not clasping the stem.
Flowers: White, actinomorphic, hermaphrodite, 3-4 mm across, in racemes; sepals 4, free; petals 4, free; stamens 6 and ovary superior.
Fruits: A silique, with seeds in a single row; generally not overtopping the young flowers.

Habitat: Ditches, woods, shady walls, damp and sheltered places.
Distribution: Occasional, usually found in small quantity.
