Description
Habit: A small, annual, up to 25 cm but usually less than 13 cm high.
Stems: Erect.
Leaves: Leaves stalked, slightly fleshy; basal leaves round or triangular; upper leaves ivy-shaped, sessile but not clasping the stem.
Flowers: Mauve or sometimes white, actinomorphic, 4-5 mm across, in short racemes; sepals 4, free; petals 4, free, less than 4 mm long; ovary superior.
Fruits: A silique, 3-5 mm, short and ovoid, often narrowed at both ends.

Habitat: Old walls, rocks, waste ground, dry places.
Distribution: Rather rare.
