Description
Habit: A hairless perennial, to 1.2 cm high.
Stems: Erect or ascending; shoots borne from axils of creeping stems.
Leaves: Alternate, variable; lower leaves pinnately lobed, upper leaves toothed, not deeply lobed.
Flowers: Yellow, actinomorphic, 4 mm across, in racemes; sepals 4, free; petals 4, free, longer than sepals, 3-6 mm; ovary superior.
Fruits: A silique, 6 mm, ovoid or globular, spreading.

Habitat: Marshes, streams, lake-shores, turloughs.
Distribution: Occasional in the Burren, not observed elsewhere.
