Description
Habit: A hairless perennial, to 40 cm high.
Stems: Trailing to ascending; shoots borne from axils of creeping stems.
Leaves: Alternate, variable; leaves deeply pinnately lobed or pinnate.
Flowers: Yellow, actinomorphic, 4 mm across, in racemes; sepals 4, free, 1-1.5 mm; petals 4, free, 1-1.5 mm; ovary superior.
Fruits: A silique, 6 mm, oblong-ovoid, more than twice as long as the pedicel, spreading.
Habitat: Marshes, streams, lake-shores, turloughs.
