Description
Habit: A slightly hairy annual, to 15 cm high.
Stems: Slender, diffusely branched stems.
Leaves: Entire, small, linear, with a small point up to 0.4 mm long; basal leaves in a rosette.
Flowers: White, actinomorphic, in cymes; sepals 4; petals 4-5, minute or absent; stamens 4, styles 4, ovary superior.
Fruits: A capsule, 1.6-2.5 mm.

Habitat: Walls, rocks, cultivated ground and waste places.
Distribution: Rather rare.
